*Focus Property Services Inc does not hire any in-house handyman due to the conflict interest. Our goal is to watch the maintenance expense for our clients. In addition, we do carry a general contractor (B) license to back up our maintenance control knowledge.

*In order to achieve the most efficient report delivery, we email all monthly statements and reconcilled bank statements to our clients on the last day of each month. Our clients do not need to wait 2 weeks to receive their reports, even when they are abroad.

We use state of the art Thermal Camera to locate problems in the property. Thermal camera shows exactly where the issues are, including plumbing leaking, electrical overload, energy waste etc. It’s the cost-effective and easy way to help save our clients money. Plus, it is all FREE to our clients.
